What is your policy if there is a problem with my Prime Time Mobile Detailing service?

Our Prime Time promise is to leave every customer satisfied with a clean serviced vehicle, and if you are disappointed with your service, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Call (919) 436-0143, or send an email to primetimemobiledetailing@gmail.com within 7 days of your original appointment, and a member of our Management team will promptly work with you to find the best solution, beginning with a complimentary "make-good" service. Make-good offers are valid for up to 14 days from the detailing date.

 

What is your policy about vehicle damage?

 

If there is ever damage to your vehicle that is caused by our technician during your Prime Time Mobile Detailing appointment, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of. We cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issues present in your vehicle prior to a Prime Time appointment, such as jammed windows and cracked windshields, or headliner falling down due to cleaning or Check engine lights.

Are there any services you do not warranty?

We do not warranty the Prime Time Mobile Detailing engine detailing. This service uses high-pressure water, steam, and degreasing chemicals that can uncover pre-existing electrical issues. If you suspect engine trouble, please do not book this service. 

We occasionally offer headliner cleaning on a case-by-case basis and do not warranty that service due to the potential for damage.

Late Fee Charges

Under our late fee policy, we give a heads up on late fee charges on the original invoice to pay once job is complete to avoid late fee, We send a second warning notification the day after your appointment to pay invoice, a phone call will be place as a second warning, then a final warning notification email is sent or a final call will be place to inform that your invoice will be changing. All of the notification are a courtesy from Prime Time, Once the tech completes the detail and next business day come, you are in breech of your invoice agreement and can fall under section Chapter 44-A, Article 2 a lien being placed on your vehicle or Civil Suit to collect the service rendered.
